Monthly Statement

<p>DSTV</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for your terrible service and your Call Centre Supervisors..</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been askign for the same thing for the past for months or so... Made the first call around May 2016 to request that the simple things:</p> <p>1. Physical Address on my statement to be corrected</p> <p>2. To have my statement sent through to me on a monthly basis via email</p> <p> </p> <p>Till today (30 August 2016) none of these requests have been actioned. I have made a number of calls to you guys as from May 2016 making a follow up, and everytime I am given a different story..</p> <p> </p> <p>To make it worst, I would be transfered to a call centre supervisor who then promises that get back to me.. Not sure if they will get back to me next year or the day SA hosts Olympics...</p> <p> </p> <p>Not sure if this calls that I terminate my service with you guys and re-activate my service in order for you to take me seriiously...</p> <p> </p> <p>I don't see my requests being a major thing to do... Most companies provides monthly statements with no issues? Wonder what's wrong with you guys.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
