Monthly Printed Program Guide
I have recently up-graded to Multichoice's premier bouquet but find that without a monthly printed program guide the on line program guides are useless save for immediate requirements. I asked the call center regarding these printed program guides and was told that these were no longer available. This is not true because other customers of the premier bouquet are still receiving these printed program guides.This is so typical of an organization that has a virtual monopoly - they couldn't care less about their customers' requirements. With this in mind I shall be terminating my subscription to the premier bouquet because it is of little value without a monthly printed program guide.
