I have a huge problem with the customer service I received since last week Monday to get my query resolved I spoke to 4 people and every time I’m being told a manager will call me its now a new week and no one has made contact with me

I spined the wheel of happiness in March and won a free upgrade from compact to compact plus that all of a sudden I was double billed and that has been fixed without hassle so in June I spined the wheel again and won R50 of my premium and then it was than deducted from my normal premium in July and then boom now its shows that I owe R1058 I have not asked for any upgrade or anything additional to be added to my premium so why is an additional R539 added to my bill. Can this please be fixed as my premium should be R529 and not R1058.
