Monthly magazine delivery

For the past few months I have not received my monthly magazine. Today I received one and noticed my address had been changed from my POSTAL address to my residential address – I did not request this change! I called MULTICHOICE [MC] to find out what is going on. The reply was that MC no longer uses postal address they only use physical addresses. The problem I have is that we do NOT get regular postal deliveries, but this does not seem to worry MC. As long as they post the magazines they do not care if the users receive it or not – as long as they get their monthly subscriptions!
