Monthly cost more channels are fewer

I subscribed to a PAYGO Access Package. Every Month the amount that needs to be paid is more but channels disappear. Access Package use to have channels 144 145 147 now we only have channel 148 I cannot even watch soapies any longer. I did chat with an agent she is just so sorry but sorry did not help me with my situation. This is 'n *******.
