MONTHLY BILLING ISSUES

Good Day<br> <br> I am tired of Multichoice always disconnecting me almost every week since beginning of December 2015. On the 28th Of June Or July 2015, I called in & requested that I want to be disconnected for extra view, to my knowledge I thought am on compact, & I started paying R320, end of September I did not pay & was disconnected, then I paid R380 on the 28th November 2015 & asked to be reconnected, then after a week we were disconnected, when I called & asked why was I disconnected they said I am in arrears because I did not pay the full extra view amount, I told them I was no longer on extra view. Days went by while I was disconnected then I called again so see if they could sort me out, they did temporarily but I had to deal with disconnection every now & then, eventually they were able to retrieve the conversation I had when I requested they disconnect extra view & proved that indeed I did request it & that they are going to sort it out, but to my surprise it is not sorted because I am still dealing with the same thing. So I am tired & I want to be reimbursed for all the days I've been disconnected until today & this to be sorted. My account No is ***9.
