MONOPOLY ( DSTV) = BAD SERVICE

<p>I have requested a downgrade on my DSTV package BEFORE monthend and it was NOT done. After monthend I followed up and was told that it will be done and the charges reversed. Now at the monthend again and I am being told that there is an amount of R283 which I must pay in addition to monthly premium. FOR WHAT??? Phoned them again and had to hold for 17 minutes before my airtime ran out. When I phoned them again there was nothing DONE!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>POOR SERVICE and *********** STAFF!!!! PROOF ME WRONG!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
