Monopoly choice
<p>We pay so much pm in subscription yet **** movies are shown everyday and they keep the good movies in box office for us to pay more. </p> <p> </p> <p>The mere fact that we pay so much...and multichoice has access to these movies...why not give it to us rather then put in box office and charge us. I wish there was a competitor to go too...for now we stuck with corporate gangsterism.</p>

We understand your concern regarding the BoxOffice rentals.
Please note that we are governed by the licensing and broadcasting rights. This an agreement reached with all major Hollywood studios, as well as most independent studios. The movies are the latest Hollywood blockbusters from a range of different genres, available at the same time or shortly after they are released on DVD.
BoxOffice movies are generally released at the same time (or close to) as they become available for home rentals - usually 4 to 6 months after appearing in movie theatres.
Typically, DStv channels such as M-Net, will air these movies 6 to 12 months following the home rental release. However, the timing between each release depends on the individual studios.
