Money theft company

I only have trouble with this company. I am starting to think they are running a money theft company or *****. You keep giving them money and not receiving and services. For the last two week i only have trouble with this company where they disconnect me and request more money. I get disconnected and when i phone they give me a story. They then tell me after i explained the same story, think now for the fifth time, they then apologize and say i don't owe then any money and ill be connected again. A few days later the same story happens from the beginning again. I think i need to go to the regulatory body running this company. Hopefully someone there is trained to do their jobs, If any one knows what course i can take, please assist. Will be appreciated. I am starting to think this is a ****
