MONEY Theft by DSTV

I called DSTV because my services were suspended after I made a payment like I do every month. When I called I was put through to Sinazo (I don’t even think that’s her real name) who told me that I am being charged for Showmax and add ons. I’ve never added Showmax on to my account nor the catch up services. I’ve never authorized those add ons and now I’m being charged over and above the amount I paid. So essentially I’m being de*****ed because I did not call in or use their app for that matter. I’m now sitted with suspended services for something I paid for.
