Money Taken But No Service Rendered

Tried to rent a twice movie on Boxoffice. My credit card was debited twice. Was not able to play the movie and account was never credited. Website kept on saying something about a technical error. Contacted live chat to resolve problem, They could not fix it. Promised to resolve it. One week later and I still cannot play the same movie or get my money back. Tiered!!!
