Money suckers

<p>I received a PVR as a present from my neigbour, from that day I have phoned DSTV help line numerous times until I was eventually connected and explained how things work. Unfortunatly I am still being debited for my DSTV ON THE 21ST OF EVERY MONTH AND THEN CUT ON THE 4TH FOR NOT PAYING MY PVR. THE EXPLANATION IS THEY ARE TWO SEPERATE ACCOUNTS , MY ARGUMENT IS THEN WHY CANT THEY STOP THE DEBIT ORDER FOR THE DSTV ON THE 21st. SIMPLE. I have paid since reciving this present R715-21ST/ R898-20th /R749-21st/ R830- 4TH/R714 -21st now I will be liable for the next payment on the 4th again.</p>

you have solved half the problem . did not get charged for the disconnected card. Now the next trick how do I get my money back that was taken the months before.????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
