Money ****** - Dstv

I have two decoders (both compact Packaged under my account. I arranged debit order with Multi choice for convenient sake, but I didn't know I was shooting myself in foot.

Last month they debit over R1500 - insisted of an amount under R1000- so its was about R500 more, No one could assist me, very poor service, its like the people employed there do care about the customers, NO! efficiency .. but Fast when they have to take people money. that *****ing and *****, and a ******** offence. cause I have not authorized. I am a very angry client!!!!
