Money *****ing company too scared to communicate debit order problems with their customers

What a bunch of ***ards are you not! You experience problems with the debit orders going off, charging more than signed for, AND YOU LAZY BUNCH DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO COMMUNICATE THIS PROBLEM WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS??? Loyalty really does means diddly dud to your company. Lets see how long it takes for some1 to respond to this. This is the main reason i objected to debit order but without that i was not able to get the special. USELESS!!!!!
