I have 2 subscriptions... Family View R290 and Easy View R30.

Month of September, I did not pay cause i did not have money. I was disconnected. Fine. Therefore I had arrears R368.00.

I went to pay that R368.00 to be reconnected again. Paid that. I was still not connected and I had to pay another R336.00.

I asked for my money back cause I was double charged. No ones see any mistake. Someone explain why I had to pay R700 to be reconnected again.
