Money ripping scheme with poor service

Now Dstv has decided to discontinue some of its packages forcing us to upgrade or we get cut off. After receiving the sms I decided to upgrade using the self service. It requested that I do a payment of the new package which I did. A day later my channels where still not upgraded and I decided to call in. The consultant said the manager will upgrade my package which was till not done. Called in again and they said my package will only be upgraded after a month. I requested to talk to the manager who claimed to be busy and I chose to still hold. After 20 min of holding I heard ppl whispering and my call was hanged up.
