Money reversal

Multichoice has been charging me money for 2 decoders from September 2022 until now when then only gave me 1 decoder. On the 2nd of Feb 24 I went to N1 City to change my router and that's when Vuyokazi discovered this crime. I have been calling for assistance to have my money reversed and no one seems willing to Assist me. Now they are telling me that a team leader named Thulisile is handling my query but I hvnt heard anything from her. Multichoice I want my money ASAP, get back to me..
