money refund

I canceled my account with multichoice on 26/08/2020. The took another payment off my account for September since then I have been phoning them maybe 8 times and every time I get a story that the money will be payed back into my bank account. Today is 06/10/2020 and my money is still not in my account. I'm fed up with them and will now register a case of theft at the police station and will summons the CEO of multichoice to appear in court to explain. Your service is really bad.
