Money owed

My account on DSTV website say I was arrears and I pay by credit card. When I actually went through my statements it shows I was not in arrear. After following up with the call center and via social media DSTV agrees it was a mistake. Now I can't get my money from DSTV. I am continuously get an email below for proof of payment. There is no receipt the only thing is my credit card statement which I have provided, but still I do not get my money back. I can't deal with a company like this and will also cancel my subscription like thousands of other south Africans. Enquiry Reference Number: 525683
