Money not refunded since March 2017
<p>I went to Multichoice Mthatha to swap my pvr decoder since it had a problem. I paid R698.00 and since they have a no cash policy, I had to swipe using my debit card. They couldn't successfully perform the swap and I had now learnt about the explola and thought I will just add a little more money and get the explora instead. I asked for my money back and said that they will refund me in a week directly to my account. I gave a copy of my ID and a bank statement showing that the money was paid to them.</p> <p> </p> <p>It's now 3 months since they're still promising to refund me after 5 hours, later today or before the end of this week. The name of the person who was helping me is Luyolo.</p> <p> </p> <p>I now wonder if at all I'll ever get my money back. I've been a loyal customer to Multichoice for almost 10 years. </p>

Thank you for giving yourself time to look into my complaint but I'm afraid there's still no change. Luyolo called me on Thursday and told me what he's been telling me since the day I first came to MultiChoice Mthatha, "we are still in the process of refunding your money".
I need that money and it has more than 10 times he made me wait in the presence that the money will be refunded in an hour or two. I've deceived my son and landlord and was almost thrown out because of the false promise I'm given every time I ask about my money...
If I had a lawyer I would have sued MultiChoice a time ago I'm forced to loan money which is paid back with interest because of them and I've told them...
