money making scheme

I bought a charger cable on the 12th of November coz my dstv has stop working . I came back on 19/11/2019 and the cable had burn again I went to the Dstv store and they say I must buy a new charger . So its means I must buy a dstv charger every month for R200 . I have paid my yearly installment You guys are becoming a money making scheme. I am anot happy with buying chargers every month , I cant . Please help.
