It's so tireless to keep up with the useless"service" of this company🤬 I process an update on my package last night via WhatsApp,but didn't process it because I googled then to find out on which sports channels IPL is broadcasting.For more surety I've decided to phone the call centre for assistance. The lady assisted me that I've too upgrade to at least Compact R450. My husband in the meantime went to pay R350 while Iade the phone call...she advised me to pay the difference, which we did,but then LOADSHEDDING happened. Not at home almost whole day today, just to finally sat down to watch a live game, not finding any live Ipl games,I googled again,phone in too find out NO only the Premium package needed....HOW DISGUST IT IS??? AGENT TRY TO GET CLEVER WITH ME TO SAY ASK IF I HAVE ACCES TO THE INTERNET ....WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY TIME AND NO SERVICES AT ALLL.. WHO TO TRUST,?? DEFINITELY NOT DSTV MULTICHOICE.
