money making business

I instructed DSTV months ago to debit my account for their monthly premium of R345 per month. They have been debitting all along until now end of February, there were more than sufficient funds in my account from the 24th February Friday, however they did not debit and they disconneted me. i called them and the service was re-connected however, on the 10th Masrch they disconnected me asgain and i called them again after checking my bank statement that showed no debit from them whatsoever and i was told that i had insufficient funds by one of the call centre consultants. Furthermore, she said that i will be debitted the amount of more than R500!!! kanti is this a money making scheme by not debitting the account and adding on these R50 reconnection fees?? i refuse to pay more than R345 or else i will cancel this whole subscription and go to another servise provider...why should I be at fault for Multichoice who didnt put through a debit?
