Money disappeared from the Dstv system

I have a problem with the Price Lock. I have an old Price Lock that was supposed to end in May 2018 and a new Price Lock which i took in July 2018. The old Price Lock ended in May 2018 but it continued to bill. I used to pay my subscription into the wrong Price Lock( old Price Lock) unaware and this ended up causing a disconnection to my services. I complained about the matter and they ended up refunding me an amount just above R2500. The refund was deposited into my Dstv residential account, and ever since i got the refund i have been using the R2500 to pay for my subscription until they combined all accounts into 1 account. Ever since i got the refund i never paid the full amount as i had money in my residential account.

Now they disconnected my decoder and i called their call center to complain. I even went to the head office two weeks ago to complain. But to my surprise they are telling me that they can't see the refund that i got and now i owe R5280. All the transfers i made between the old Price Lock and the new Price Lock and the residential account disappeared. Why/how did the money disappear on the Dstv system i mean how possible is that.

Hi

Thank you very much for the respond and i also received a call. But i still don't understand why the refund that i got has disappeared which was just a bit over R2500. Dstv statement shows that there were inter transfers (money transferes between accounts) wich were made with the refunded money. But to my surprise the statement doesn't show what happened to the money and now i owe R2867 that is roughly around the money i got as a refund. No one can explain the transfers that i and the call center agents made.
