Money debited, but no services.

DStv debited money from my bank account on the 1st of September but still disconnected my account. I’ve been calling everyday from the 1st for assistance but they’re telling me I haven’t paid for my account. I’ve sent proof of payment on the 4th as it was requested by one of their consultants and they disconnected the account but with only few channels. I called them again to fix the issue, now they are telling me I need to pay again. This is the second time this happens, but at-least last time they were able to fix this, now they are just asking me for more money. I’m so disappointed with their services and their consultants who don’t even know how to do their jobs. It’s the 10th today, but I still can’t watch my shows yet money was taken from my account. It means I was paying for nothing, my money just went straight to the drain.
