I spoke to a consultant monthend of June in terms of extending my payment date,I agreed with her that on the 15th of July i must pay R------ of which i did and from August my date will be extended to the 17th but to my surprise they've cut off my connection...I called them this morning and the agent was not helpful, he kept on making me feel like im the one who's wrong
