Mnet/GoTv disaster

I have not been receiving Mnet via a GoTV decoder since 1st July 2022. Numerous calls to the call centre, e-mail to help@dstv resulted in no solution at all. Visited DSTV agency to have my decoder checked - no joy at all. So I found out that from an indpendant DSTV installer that the transmitters (3 out of 4) in the Pretoria area are not working, as he had more than 10 GoTV subscribers reporting the same issue of no signal, no MNet reception. How is it that he can find this out, but Multichoice/DSTV/MNet is not aware of this problem? Cancelling my 25+ years subscription to Mnet for sure.
