MNET Terrestrial TV guide has arrived
After successfully receiving my MNET TV guide since January/February this year, this month, I have mysteriously not received the MNET Terrestrial/Analogue TV guide in English. Phoned the Multichoice call centre twice during the week of 5 - 9 October, no one can explain why I haven't got the tv guide and all they can do is log a complaint for investigation and for another copy to be mailed through the post office. The problem is that I didn't receive a copy via the post this month, by the time the investigation is complete and it goes through the postal system, it will be the end of October and will be pointless. It also begs the question, will I even receive a guide in the post for November? I was also shocked to learn that the guides are sent out on about the 29th of September....this clearly is not enough time to go through the postal system and reach customers before the start of the new month. Would someone at Multichoice please sort this out? As an MNET Terrestrial subscriber I cant check on the Tv or online and require a paper tv guide. Acc numumber: ***6. Call ***
