MNET SIGNAL DOWN IN THE AREA

My dad stays in Riversdale, Western Cape and for the past 2 months the MNET Signal in Riversdale is down and nobody in the town receive signal.<br> <br> I've spoken to the local MultiChoice Agent (Vicom, ***). They were very helpful and confirmed to me that the MNET Signal from Knysna to Herm**** is down. He said they have taken this up with MultiChoice but they are getting no response from them.<br> <br> I've also contacted MultiChoice myself and they don't know or can't help me. All they can confirm is that my dad's account is active.<br> <br> The worst part of this all is, they are debiting my dad's bank account on a monthly basis for the service. <br> <br> FIX THE ISSUE PLEASE!!!!<br> <br> Regards<br> Jeanne
