Mnet migration from analogue to digital

Thank you. I need help with the migrating of Mnet from analogue to digital. With big banners on the tv screen they urge us to phone them in connec tion with the migration. I did that 4 times now and everytime they say it will take 3 to 5 days to install the decoder for free. I am still waiting and nothing happens. I don't know what to do now. They will put the analogue off on 31 March. I will appreciate your help.
