MNET giveth and then taketh away
<p>Was very impressed when DSTV decided to make the FOX channel available to the cheapies (R349 per month). However, every Saturday and Sunday it's picture perfect, but no sound. I wonder why?? Can anyone explain?</p>

As per the feedback received from our technical team.
Please take the remote control and follow the steps listed below when there's no sound on Fox channel.
· Press the Menu button on left side of the remote control.
· Select Advanced Options.
· Select Dish Installation.
· Type in 9949 and press OK.
· Select the Reset to Factory Default option.
· Press OK and the decoder will scan.
Once your decoder has fully scanned, the sound should be fully restored.
