MNET Decoder replacement

To whom it may concern.

My elderly parents have a MNET Decoder which recently became faulty. The proceeded to a DSTV retailer in the East Rand Mall and after test was done it was confirmed as faulty.

They were informed they can phone Multichoice to arrange this to be swapped out for a new device to replace the old analogue system with some new Digital terrestrial system.

They were informed an installation team would come in contact to replace and install the new digital Arial system. To date no one has returned their call to schedule this and it has been a couple of weeks.

After phoning the call centre they were given numbers of installers but no one knows about this system. They keep on trying to sell them the DSTV Premium package. Please can you contact and arrange for this to be sorted out. The details is
