MNET CHANNEL

I would like to inform Multichoice that, it really doesn't make sense with some of their packages offered. I was previously on DSTV Premium, which i now down graded to DSTV Plus due to my financial commitments, but however i find it very awkward for the MNET channel to be exluded from the DSTV Plus package. I mean after all, DSTV is well know from MNET or vice versa, but fact of the matter is, why should we be denied the MNET channel on DSTV Plus, cause its a package just under premium one. As the rest of the channels, it might make sense due to packages differ, but i feel that MNET is a common DSTV channel that should be accessable to Premium and Plus packages. I've had a few friends that closed their DSTV's due to that, and not for, the results will increase of such actions. Can we please get an MNET Channel on DSTV Plus too.

Hello sipho lekalakala,

We would like to sincerely apologise for the delay and any inconvenience caused.

However, a discount is offered to pensioners or retired persons who reside in a retirement home or village, which subscribes to the M-Net service only as a whole (multi-unit dwelling). This is a retirement village / home that utilize one decoder and one antenna to provide all living units with the M-Net signal.

The channels selected for our mini Bouquet's are according to the rights and price agreements that MultiChoice was able to secure with the relevant channel suppliers. All our bouquets are pre-defined and fixed and you can not select your own channels or the channels that comprise the package.
