Missleading hope

On the 14th of January 2015 i sent a message to the number (32444) advertised for the PVR special of R799 x24 months and i also went to the Dstv branch in Oudtshoorn to get information about the special but to my unfortunate luck i did not get any help. I even tried to get help from the Facebook page even then i was told to send a message of which till this day i have not received a call. Instead i got a lousy message saying i would be contacted in 72hrs... I just want to get clarity exactly who gets contacted and doesn't because its highly irritating me not get the serv ices while i'm a paying customer with Multichoice. I want the R799 PVR special and i feel i'm denied the opportunity to get it.
