missleading advert

<p>good day. would anyone know how to submit a formal complaint to dstv? there adverts of scoin shop and gold growing by 1000% is very misleading. scoin will not buy back a coin. even at what they sold it at. they send you in a circle and hope you will go away. we can not do anything to scoin. but we can prevent more people from investing thinking they goin to make money. many people have lost money.</p>
