MISSING WINTER OLYMPIC CHANNELS
Logged onto the self service app. Tried to fix missing channels for Olympics - channel 246 to 249. Useless app - goes into circles and repeats the process. Tried to get hold of an agent. App directed me to an agent and I waited for more than 10 minutes - no agent - very busy place. Tried to leave a message - please call me. Eish - forget it.

08 Feb 2022, 09:34Another 24 hours has come and gone and still no response. At this rate the winter Olympics would have come and be gone before I get any assistance. Think the time has come that all subscribers get together and cancel their services in mass so that Multi Choice can understand that service is the only way to distinguish you from your competitors and keep your clients happy.
