MIssing shows on tv

Last night we waited to watch the new top gear n BBC, but as always there were a lot of adverts but how can there be 2 adverts with in 5 min of the show and then the adverts are not even synced? most of the show was missed because DSTV does't think!! so can someone please tell me why are we pay so much for this service and not able to see the shows? <br> then people ask why do we download stuff for free??<br>
