Missing Channels, no Service for MC

Subcribed to the stram only package. They adverting that you subcribe you can start watch immediately which is a total lie! Subscribed this morning and paid in the morning and still can't view most of the channels. Their what's app and messaging services is not working and can't get hold of any person at MC... Such a shame that we are forced to deal with companies like this, that is showing that they feel nothing for their customers.
