Missing Channels
<p>I've logged serval calls and sent several emails since 17 October. no feedback received, the first call call I was told I'll get an email I'm still waiting for a response over a month. my subscription has been paid in full yet service isn't being delivered and I'm not getting responses. if I don't pay I don't get service ..I would really appreciate this addressed urgently </p>
