Misselling

I have been multichoice customer for a long time but i hv been disappointed n disgusted by their service. Some consultant called me n told me about explore but he didn't mention all the cost. N when i find out about hidden costs i decided to return it then they tell me they cant teke it becouse is activated. How can it be activated if is still in the box. When i call no one is telling me who activated it cos i just recived it n i ddnt even open it. That is fradulent sale n im not gonna pay for smthing im not using. Very disappointed
