Miss Kay team leader refused to assist me

So my services have been disconnected again I called twice the first male consultant did not active my services. When I get home i see I'm not active i call again spoke to Amanda Ndlela if not mistaken with her surname asked for her manager and she came back to say they're all in a meeting which is a lie. Then came back to me again to say a miss Kay is still busy submitting some documents she literally refused to take my call.you guys should reconsider your team leaders don't wanna take our calls I'm so irate as I'm sure over the weekend i will be deactivated again while I paid tjeerrr I'm ****ed off.
