Misrepresentation of Contract by consultant

I asked to be contacted by Multichoice to discuss the new Explorer offer. By the end of the call, I had accepted the offer to have an Explorer delivered to me, taking my monthly debit order up to R799pm. I emphatically asked the consultant to confirm that this amount would be my TOTAL monthly payment, which he did confirm. Later I was invoiced for R895. When I complained, I was told that a supervisor would get back to me once they had listened to the recording of my call with the consultant. I have since called Multichoice 8 or 9 times, every time I am told that a supervisor would call me back, but never does. This service from Multichoice has been the Worst of the Worst.
