Misrepresentation

On the 14th of August, I received a call from Multichoice. The agent's name is *****ba. She told me about a new package that she has offered my mother and my mom referred her to me. The package was a new installation and change of existing decor to a new 1. This was an amazing offer and I immediately agreed and asked about the price. It was R777 including the wifi payment. I asked 2 times if there would be no other payment and even made her aware that I was recording the call as a safety measure. She insisted that there would be no other charges. She explained the delivery and installation process. All was well, the next day she called my mom and let her know that there will be an additional reconnection fee of R90. I understood. Last week Wednesday the satellite dish was delivered and the decoder was going to be delivered before Friday.

I was today surprised to hear that there is an additional fee of R480 for the delivery of the decor.

An entire month w9rth of subscription for delivery? Why was this not mentioned in the beginning.

Please fetch your satellite dish because I will not be ****med R480 by Multichoice.
