Misplaced order

I ordered a combo decoder online it has been over a week no communication. However when I track using the online track it says it was delivered. When I follow up WhatsApp no agent can pick up the order on their system. Dstv is the worst when it comes to customer service. No one knows what they’re doing. Please return my money clearly your systems don’t operate as intended
