Mismanagement of my account! - *****

I am being toyed with at this organisation. I have been connected and disconnected 3 times in the last month! I have been bounced around, with nobody being able to tell me what is actually happening on my account. Today i called in 5 TIMES and Ziyanda eventually tells me, i have a policy on my account in the event of my death my family can enjoy viewing!!!! ***?????? Who agreed to this? i know, i was on a price lock of R850pm....ive been bounced from R1052, R852, R650, ETC ETC ETC!!!!! I AM STILL DISCONNECTED AND 7 TEAM LEADERS ARE STILL CALLING ME BACK!
