Mismanaged DSTV taking customer's money

I signed up for "Price Lock" about 6 months ago and have been paying the promised R899 per month(supposed to be for 2 years) But at the end of September my debit order was suddenly R1 072. I drove to the Multichoice office to complain and they said that the R173 will be given back to me by deducting it the end of October, thus I would be charged R726 at the end of October. *** - 103 .Vuyokazi at Multichoice assisted. To my absolute FRUSTRATION with DSTV, they deducted R899 again and didnt give me back my R173 as promised end October. DSTV, why do you keep your loyal paying customers for the fool? I am SO fed-up with you! I want back what you owe and promised me! The worst customer service!
