Misleading upgrade pricing

Bad service.fot email 4 days ago asking me to.upgrade to compact us for only R470 a month. Called yesterday to do it. There system was very slow and the call took close to 30 minutes from my cellphone. When upgrade was done, I got told monthly is R522,69. Also all of a sudden the App shows my debit order date as 21st. I did not change that. My debit order is always 25th. The man I spoke to said that I must not worry. The amount is R470 but he confirmed on his side that he does not know.why it shows R522.69 on.his system and he cant fix it and I should not worry. I know dstv and things stays as it shows on there dstv app - it will not automatically fixes itself. Bad way of doing business trying to get people to.upgrade for only R470 and in the end the amount is more and even debit order date changed by itself. It is not right especially the man from dstv could not.fix it.
