Misleading TV Adverts - Showmax available only on an Explora decoder

DSTV advertised that all Premium customers can now view Showmax for free whereas the normal fee is R99. I installed the requered application and followed the instructions to view ShowMax on our TV. Could not find the buttons they referred to on my remote control..searched the internet to find the options..nothing. I called DSTV to find out how to watch Showmax just to be informed that you b=need an Explora decoder to view ShowMax. This is not stated anywhere in the advert. I see from another post that a monthly debit account is a requirement and that I have.

DSTV is not interested to discuss this matter on the phone. The Call Centre agents just tells me it is not possible.
