Misleading info

I've paid the full subscription for the compact package and have been watching 1Magic 103 as part of the package as it shows on dstv website. On the 25th of July the channel was not there and I immediately called dstv call center just after 8:00 pm where I spoke to Akhona who's new on the job and was advised by the team leader(Ashee Pillay) who still couldn't take my call to try and resolve my query. I was then advised that Channel 103 is not included in the package yet it shows on the website as part of the package and has been playing all along.

What kind of service is this and if a channel is a pop up channel why do you include it under that package...i'm really not happy with the service I received from dstv. I still don't know what the truth is because the team leader refused to take my call. I still see the channel under this package on the website. What a bad service.
