Misleading Email Promotion

I received a promotional email from DStv end of March 2022 for an EXPLORA ULTRA X24 MONTHS FOR R649 PM INCLUDED IN SUBSCRIPTION - ACCESS FEE, FREE DELIVERY, "PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION", ULTRA 2 POINT INSTALLATION. After numerous attempts to be contacted to take up this promotion I was informed it is for compact plus not premium. Very disappointed with the ambiguous promotion
